For bookkeepers and accountants with many small clients
Get your clients' invoices paid without chasing them by hand
DueChase watches the unpaid invoices of every client you look after. It sends polite reminders by email, then SMS, each with a pay link. You approve them first, or let them send on their own.
Intuit reports that 59% of US small businesses have invoices 30+ days overdue (QuickBooks 2026 Late Payments Report). That is a platform vendor's own figure.

How it works
Import or connect
Upload a CSV export from Xero, QuickBooks or Stripe today. Direct connections come later (see the FAQ for where each one stands).
Set the sequence
Pick when reminders go out and how firm they get. The default starts friendly by email, turns firm, then sends an SMS and a final notice.
Approve or auto-send
Each reminder waits in a queue for your approval. Once you trust a client's settings, switch that client to auto-send.
See everything in one view
Overdue totals, which client owes what, recent activity and pending approvals sit on one dashboard.
Nothing goes out until you say so
Each reminder lands in an approvals queue. You see the client, the invoice, the step in the sequence and the exact message. Approve it or skip it. You can pause an invoice from the client page.
When you approve, the message is refreshed with the current amount and days overdue. If an invoice is already late when you import it, it gets the latest step only, so nobody receives a burst of catch-up messages.
Why not use the reminders in Xero, QuickBooks or Stripe?
You can, and for a single business they may be enough. Xero sends up to 5 email reminders, on one schedule for the whole organisation. QuickBooks Online sends up to 3 automatic reminders from one template. Stripe Invoicing includes automatic reminders on a preset schedule. If your clients are happy with that, keep using it.
DueChase is for the person looking after many businesses. It puts every client's overdue invoices in one view. It escalates from email to SMS on a schedule you set. And it holds each reminder for your approval before it goes out.
We read each vendor's help pages on 16 October 2026. Plans and settings change, so check your own clients' setup before you decide. See the full comparison, including Chaser and Paidnice.

Questions bookkeepers ask
What does DueChase connect to today?
CSV import works now. Headers from Xero, QuickBooks and Stripe exports are recognised. A Stripe connection exists but has only been tested against a mocked API.
The Xero connection is in progress and is not available yet. A QuickBooks connection comes after that, with no date. Until then, the pilot runs on CSV imports.
Who sends the emails, and whose name is on them?
The plan is for reminders to go out in your client's business name, with replies going to the client. Your client agrees to this during setup. You are not the bad cop.
We are still working out the exact sender setup with the first pilot practices, so ask us if you need something specific.
What happens to my clients' data?
DueChase keeps the invoice and contact details it needs to send reminders. Xero data is not used to train AI models. Xero's developer terms forbid it, and we would not do it anyway.
DueChase is early software run by a very small team. Do not import anything you are not comfortable sharing with a pilot product.
What if a customer disputes an invoice?
Pause that invoice. No more reminders go out for it until you resume it. Reminders for the client's other invoices carry on as normal.
Will reminders annoy my clients' customers?
Reminders wait for your approval by default, and you can read the exact message before it goes. The first steps are friendly. Only later steps are firm. Editing the wording of a single message is not built yet.
Do I need to be on Xero?
No. Any software that exports invoices to CSV will work. We are building the Xero connection first, so Xero users will get the most from it over time.
